Wallet Addresses: When you connect a wallet to FoxD, we store your public wallet address for authentication via Sign-In with Ethereum (SIWE). We never request or store private keys, seed phrases, or passwords.

Transaction Data: We record trade requests, copy-trading subscriptions, and strategy activity to operate the platform and provide you with transaction history.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymised usage metrics such as pages visited, features used, and device information to improve our platform.

Communications: If you contact us via Telegram or social channels, we retain the correspondence to respond to your inquiry.

Providing Services: Executing trades through the intelligence pipeline, maintaining portfolio tracking, operating the sniper, copy-trading, and AI copilot features.

Security & Fraud Prevention: Monitoring for anomalous activity, MEV protection via private RPC broadcasting, and protecting the integrity of every transaction.

Improvements: Analysing aggregated, anonymised data to improve composite scoring accuracy, whale flow detection, and user experience.

Legal Compliance: Complying with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes where required.

Public blockchain data (wallet addresses, on-chain transactions on BSC) is inherently public. FoxD does not control or have the ability to delete data recorded on the Binance Smart Chain.

Off-chain data (trade history, strategy configurations, portfolio snapshots) is stored in our secured database infrastructure and is subject to our data retention policies.

All BSC interactions are routed through MEV-protected private RPCs to safeguard your transaction intent before on-chain confirmation.

Essential Cookies: We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to maintain session state, wallet connection preferences, language selection, and theme settings.

Analytics: We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising networks. No personal data is shared with advertisers.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect the functionality of the platform.

Blockchain Networks: All trades and token interactions occur on Binance Smart Chain. These transactions are governed by the BSC protocol and are publicly verifiable on BscScan.

Wallet Providers: We integrate with wallet providers via RainbowKit and WalletConnect. Their use is governed by their own privacy policies.

Market Data: We use DexScreener and on-chain RPCs for token pricing, liquidity, and contract analysis. These services operate under their own terms.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for any purpose.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, JWT-based authentication, and access controls.

All trade execution is routed through MEV-protected private RPCs (BlockSec, 48Club, Merkle, BloXRoute) to prevent front-running and sandwich attacks.

The FoxD Intelligence Pipeline performs real-time contract analysis, whale flow monitoring, and composite scoring before every trade.

Despite our efforts, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate data.

Deletion: You may request deletion of your off-chain data, subject to legal retention requirements. On-chain data on BSC cannot be deleted.

Portability: You may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
